 The Turkey Shoot Regatta October 6 and 7 on the Rappahannock River attracted a variety of classic yachts and a few vintage wooden boats. William McClure took first place aboard Thistledown in the Lightning Division to qualify for the National Hospice Regatta. Proceeds from the 2012 Turkey Shoot Regatta benefit Riverside Hospice.
