The final totals include the tally from Lancaster County’s Precinct 4 at the Rescue Squad in Kilmarnock where the ballots were hand-counted on Friday.

Voter registrar Peggy Harding said voting machine problems on election day required hand counts or re-counts at other Lancaster polling places, including Precinct 1 at the Lively Ruritan Center and Precinct 3-1 in White Stone.

In the only local contested race — for Lancaster supervisor in District 1 — F.W. “Butch” Jenkins Jr. remained the winner after the re-count with 644 votes to Richard Pleasants’ 391.
