The association was seeking authorization to retain a 295-square-foot L-head community pier extension, a timber observation bench, an access platform and two mooring piles to create a single transient slip at an existing 49-foot-long, timber community pier at Rock Hole Creek and the Little Wicomico River.
The extension was constructed prior to a properly executed VMRC permit, according to staff.

As recommended and agreed to by the applicant, the association will pay a civil charge of $600 and a prorated triple permit fee of $50 in lieu of any further enforcement as provided by code.
