“Parents are requested to send their children to school on the bus the first day of class on Tuesday, September 2,”said transportation director Tim Guill. “This is especially important for primary and elementary students and will enable teachers to direct pupils to the correct bus in the afternoon for the return trip home.”

Parents should expect to receive a postcard in the mail by August 26, indicating their child’s bus number, pick up, and drop off times. This is based on the transportation information sheets that parents completed during the August registration process.

Pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and new primary students should wear a name tag with their name, telephone number and bus number on the tag when they get on the bus.
