 Rappahannock Community College and the community celebrated the grand opening of The Kilmarnock Center with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony Saturday, January 21.
The 8,100-square-foot facility boasts computer classrooms, a testing center, community room, nursing lab, small board room, offices, a student lounge area and two rooms with distance learning capabilities.
