Baby blue bridge

Workmen have recently completed painting the first large section of superstructure on the Robert O. Norris Jr. Bridge over the Rappahannock River, and the light blue color is quite a contrast with the old rust-stained sections. Work on the multi-year $22.3 million painting project is ahead of schedule, according to VDOT inspector John Gaby. (Photo by Mike Kucera)
